Noted as an "AI visionary pragmatist", Dr. Lisa Palmer is the Founder and CEO for NCX and Dr. Lisa AI, bringing a rare blend of technical depth, business acumen, and pragmatic leadership to the AI sector. With a 2023 doctorate focused on the business impacts of AI, Dr. Lisa is known for inspiring Fortune 500 executives, board directors, and revenue leaders to boldly "question everything" in the face of AI-driven change.
 

Her career spans executive roles at Microsoft, Gartner, and Splunk, along with CIO and CMO positions in financial services and global infrastructure leadership at ConocoPhillips. As a trusted advisor to organizations from mid-tier to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, she helps unlock business value through AI advisory, consulting, and software solutions.


Dr. Lisa is deeply engaged with emerging AI trends and ensures they are rapidly integrated into company strategy and product execution. She draws on more than 25 years of enterprise sales and go-to-market leadership to personally lead sales and GTM efforts. This hands-on involvement keeps the company close to customer needs, accelerates product-market fit, and gives investors confidence in the commercial discipline guiding early revenue growth.


Her expertise is frequently featured in national and international media, and she is a respected speaker across technology, government, and academia. Dr. Lisa holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence. Her leadership is rooted in curiosity, courage, and a relentless drive to deliver real-world impact.

About Eric, NCX Co-Founder & CTO

Eric Fraser turns AI into business results. A rare blend of strategist and builder, he's a hands-on CTO who architects Applied AI infrastructure and agents that drive real-world outcomes. Eric has previously launched and scaled a successful startupclear proof he can deliver on a growth vision. With roots in software engineering and enterprise sales, he moves seamlessly between the codebase and the boardroom.

At NCX, Eric leads the design and deployment of reusable, goal-seeking AI agents, built on top of our full AI stack infrastructure, enabling enterprise clients to move from AI strategy to action
fast. He is responsible for all intellectual property planning and hands-on technical work, ensuring that our solutions are both innovative and defensible. Eric, along with the CEO and Head of Product, actively tracks the latest developments in AI and integrates this knowledge into our strategic direction and day-to-day executionkeeping our offerings at the forefront of the field.

His prior roles span startups, global tech giants, and C-level leadership, always with a focus on scaling revenue, training systems to think, and building infrastructure for the future of work.

Eric is a founding member and regional chair of AI Circle and has trained members of Harvard's AI for Human Flourishing Think Tank on technical AI fundamentals. His leadership style blends human insight, technical depth, and a bias for delivery.
